The factory covers a vast area and is equipped with multiple highly automated production lines. We start with the meticulous selection of raw materials, adhering to stringent standards. For instance, we only choose high-quality non-woven fabrics from reliable suppliers as the top sheet material for diapers. This non-woven fabric is not only soft and gentle on the baby's skin, but its fiber fineness has also been carefully screened to ensure the softest possible touch for the baby's delicate skin, effectively reducing the friction coefficient and minimizing the risk of skin discomfort caused by friction.
Materials of diapers:
In the production process of the absorbent core, we adopt advanced mixing techniques to precisely blend superabsorbent polymer (SAP) and fluff pulp. The superabsorbent polymer has excellent water absorption properties, capable of instantly absorbing a large amount of urine and quickly transforming it into a gel-like state to firmly lock in the moisture and prevent backflow. Meanwhile, the fluff pulp provides a good carrier for the spread of urine, making the absorption process more even and efficient. Each batch of absorbent cores undergoes strict water absorption performance tests, and only those that meet or exceed industry standards will proceed to the next production stage.
Comprehensive testing process:
The quality inspection system during the production process is extremely rigorous. Before the diapers are formed, each component undergoes a detailed visual inspection to ensure there are no flaws or damages. Once assembled, they immediately enter a comprehensive performance testing process. This includes simulating various dynamic and static scenarios when the baby is wearing the diapers to test their leak-proof performance. Through specially designed experimental devices, we observe whether there will be side leaks or back leaks under different pressures and postures. At the same time, the breathability of the diapers is also precisely measured. Professional instruments are used to monitor the air circulation rate inside the diapers to ensure that the baby's skin can "breathe" freely and avoid skin problems caused by stuffiness and moisture.
Continuous innovation:
The R&D team in our factory is also constantly striving for innovation. They closely follow the latest technological trends in the industry and consumer feedback, continuously exploring ways to improve the design and functions of diapers. For example, in terms of the waistband design, an intelligent elastic adjustment waistband structure has been developed, which can automatically adjust the tightness according to the baby's activity state. This not only ensures the fit of the diaper but also won't cause overly tight constriction on the baby's abdomen, allowing the baby to move comfortably and freely at all times.
